Edit your personal page in POP

This page describes what information you can change about yourself in POP and how to do it. If you want to read more about all the information on your personal page, see About your personal page in POP.

Information that you can add or update yourself

  1. First name and Last name fields - if you are not employed at GU, you can edit information about your name here. If you are employed, an administrator within your organisation is able to edit information about your name in Primula.

  2. Select one or more countries from the Citizenship list. This is optional information used at an aggregate level to track GU's level of internationalization. Please note that citizenship is not displayed on the web.

  3. Click, Upload, in the Image box, to upload a new photo of yourself and Delete to delete an uploaded photo.

    • The photo must be in jpeg / jpg format and can be cropped during upload. Avoid close-ups and feel free to have air around the portrait - especially at the top - as the first search results under "Find person" on gu.se show profile pictures in a small format with a round frame.

  4. Click Upload next to Résumé, to upload a new CV/résumé, and click Delete to delete.
Note: If the uploaded CV is not visible on the page, try reloading the page.

  5. In the Cover letter section, you can enter a presentation of your work and any previous work experience. The description should be filled out both in Swedish and English so that it can be displayed correctly in different language settings, for example on gu.se.

    • Under the fields for your personal description, there are fields for Competence, where you can enter information about competence areas (in both Swedish and English). Please note that this information is not currently displayed on the web.
