POP is the university's system for managing person and organization data. Here, information about employees and units is collected and structured. It is also via POP that this information is displayed on the university's external web.
All employees at the university have a profile page in POP that contains contact information and other data. Some of the information is generated automatically from various source systems. Other information you can add and update yourself.
The source systems that generate information to POP are Primula, CMG/phone, Aida (GUkonto), Organisationsdatabasen (OrgDB) and the University's publication database (GUP).
