News articles are created by the web space editor and appear under the shared entry pages gu.se/aktuellt and gu.se/aktuellt/nyheter. The news page will have a search function allowing visitors to view news articles in chronological order, as well as filter them by both area and organisation. Within the web space, editors can highlight news articles with promos or add them to a news article list.
Header image/header video
At the top of a news article, you can add a header image or a header video. Remember that the format does not permit the addition of researcher portraits and the like to this space. Images can even be inserted in the body text, and you can select different formatting options for these images.
Heading
The news heading also becomes the page’s H1.

The web space where the news article was created.
Author
The name of the person who created the news article (unless any changes are made, this will be the person who is logged in to Drupal). More contacts can also be added to the right-hand block, such as the researcher in question.
Body text
The field for the long text, where as an editor you can work with text, image, video and audio content. Remember to use the correct heading levels. Portrait images must always be saved as portraits, which means that the image will be placed in the right-hand block.
Fact box
A fact box can always be added to a news article. The fact box shall only contain text.
Documents
If there are any documents to be added to a news article, they are added under the documents tab.
Image promos
Adding promos for other content enables us to work with related content. Add a promo for another news article within the same subject, a research group or a researcher page.
