Do as follows:

  1. When you create / edit a page, you will find contact cards at the bottom of the page. Open up with the arrow so that the Create Contact Card button appears. Click on it.

  2. This will open a new window that looks like this. Here are the tabs Person, Organization and Custom. By default, person is displayed. To select a person, click Select Extension.

  3. A new window will open where you can select a person by checking the box. Only one name appears in the sample image, but here everyone with an x-account will show up. If you have more connections (for example, working half-time at two different institutions), that person will show up twice and then you will get the one who is relevant to the particular page you are creating. Click the Select button when you have checked in the person you want to contact.

  4. Now you have returned to the first window and you see which contact you have chosen. From here, there is an opportunity to customize the contact card by adding information about, for example, what role the person has in this particular context, for example, project managers and telephone times. It is only on the page you are on that receives these adjustments that you do.

  5. Back in edit mode you can see which contact card has been added. Here you can also create more.

  6. After saving the page, the contact card is displayed on the right side of the page. Note Initially, the contact information will not be displayed. When this is refilled from POP it will break through on all contact cards without you having to do anything as an editor.

As you can see, the university lecturer has been replaced by project managers. But this adaptation only applies to this site.

  7. If you click on the name Nils Poppe with arrow after it you will end up on this page which is the person page for Nils Poppe. It is this site that generates its information from the new system POP. As an editor, you cannot edit this page at all. All contact information is retrieved from POP, which in turn retrieves the data from other systems such as Primula.

Contact card for organization

  1. When you move from a contact card for an organization you end up on the organization page. It also retrieves its data from the POP system.

Contact card for external persons

  1. If you want to create a contact card for a person who is not part of the POP system, and therefore cannot be searched under Person, you can instead choose the link Custom.

This window will appear where you can fill in information. Names and e-mails are then compulsory, the rest of the fields you can choose from the information you have / want to add. Save.

  2. This is how it becomes the contact card and if you click on the name with arrow you end up on the page whose link you added. This custom contact card will only be found on the page where you create it. If you want to have the same contact card on several pages, you have to redo the procedure for each new page.
