What is a student message?

Student messages are short notification messages that appear on the logged-in student's " My Page."

Good to know:

  • The message can be published so that it is visible to either all students in a programme or only to students in a specific cohort of a programme (an offering of the programme).

  • Only one student message per programme / offering can be displayed at a time for the student on "My Page."

  • You can create a message that is shown in Swedish and/or English.

  • There is no limit to how long a student message can be.

titleKeep it brief

While there's no limit to the length of a student message, the recommendation is to keep it concise. If there's a need for longer and more detailed information for students, consider using a news post article targeted to the programme/programme instance instead. News posts are also visible on the student's My Page.If possible, stick to one message in the student message. This makes it easier for the student to understand."
